I think it is important to give this post some context. In South Africa the press is owned and controlled by white South African men so to get a clear understanding of what happens in SA one needs to look through a lot of racism.

When Apartheid fell in 1994 and we had our first election in which blacks were allowed to vote in their own country we firmly believed that we had obtained freedom from vicious whitie oppression.

Nothing could have been further from the truth. The ruling racist whities found that having a white government in SA was not profitable as many nations were placing sanctions on SA up-setting the whities ability to profit from that land that they had stolen.

Today in SA very little has changes since the apartheid days. The SA economy is very much owned and controlled by white males. Many blacks still live in serious poverty and are constantly surrounded by violence, crime and HIV. The whities, especially white males are growing ever richer at the black man’s expense. The whities own the farms, mines, corporates, businesses, the media etc.

The SA media which is very much controlled by white males leads us to believe that the ruling ANC is to blame when in reality the ruling black party is trying to run a country that is controlled by racist whities.

Most farms in SA are onward by white males who force the rightfully land owners namely black South Africans to work the land for slave like wages. While the white males get richer and richer. This is why there is violence in the vineyards.

The same happens at the mines. SA’s mineral wealth rightfully belongs to black South Africans, yet the mines are owned by white males who force the blacks under ground to mine for the minerals in dangerous conditions. It is the white males who make all the money from the natural resources by not sharing it with the blacks. Hence the reason for so much poverty in black SA.

The problem in SA is not the black ANC but rather racist whities who practically still own the country and keep on oppressing the blacks. Many blacks are still oppressed in SA to day and are looked down on with contempt by the racist whities.

You said “South Africa please finish your revolution” the sad thing is we never really started one. I often listen with envy of leaders of other nations boast how their revolution freed the people. In SA we blacks have no revolution, we are still living as second class citizens in our own country. Also our people are so divided that it would be hard to unight them in a revolution.

But SA certainly needs a revolution. It is the only way we will get out country back and end our oppression.
